We offer a wide range of products, including acrylic and sand cement renders, white set solid plaster, trowel-on textured coatings, membrane and top coat sealers, cladding systems, and various roofing materials.

Do you provide help with installation services?

Yes, we can provide supply and installation services by estimating the job cost and delegating the job to one of our trusted installers (customer). We can help with various cladding systems, including EPS polystyrene, Hebel systems, Loxo panels, and Exsulite panels.

Are your products suitable for both commercial and residential projects?

Absolutely. Our products are designed to meet the needs of both commercial and residential projects, ensuring high quality and durability.

Do you have samples of finishes in store?

Yes, we have a showroom with all the finishes available for you to compare and make an informed decision about your next project.

– Monday – Friday: 6 am – 4 am
– Saturday: 7 am – 12 pm
– Sunday: Closed

Queensland Store
– Monday to Friday: 6 am – 2:30 pm
– Weekends: Closed

Do you offer delivery services?

How do I place a custom tinting order for Texture/ Membrane?

You can use the Texture Order Form online and email us the order. Alternatively, for quicker confirmation, call us or order in-store with a sales member. All you have to know is what brand of texture you want, how many buckets you want, and the colour you need in the right spelling. We will give you an estimated time for the goods to be ready for collection

Product Returns and Warranty

How can I assess the quality of the materials I am purchasing?

We source our materials from reputable manufacturers and ensure they meet industry standards for quality and durability. Additionally, our knowledgeable sales team can provide detailed technical information about each product.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, many of our products come with manufacturer warranties and certifications. The duration and terms of the warranty vary by product, so please inquire with our sales team for specific details.

Can I return goods?

Yes we do accept returns on standard goods within 14 days of purchase and if the product is in resellable condition. However, there is a 5% restocking fee that could be deducted on the return.
This does not apply to custom goods, i.e. tinted texture/ membrane, special orders for unique finishes, or deliveries.

What should I do if I receive damaged materials?

If you receive damaged materials, please contact us immediately. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or offer a suitable solution to prevent any delays to your project.
